HMD PHOTOS

Heather was born and grew up in Mankato, MN.  She started HMD PHOTOS in 2005, and business has taken off thanks to her excellent clientele.  Heather is a completely self-taught photographer, and that's what makes her approach unique and fresh. God began to develop within her a unique ability to capture special moments of precious children and their families in a creative way. A few years later, Heather decided to start up wedding photography. She really enjoys working with brides and their families.

James 1:17 says, "Every good and perfect gift is from above." That is why I chose to begin HMD Photos. Each child and family that I work with is truly a gift from God. A way that I can honor God is by capturing and displaying His beautiful creation.

WHY HMD PHOTOS? 

~ "I am a fun person.  I make my subjects laugh and have fun, and be themselves.  I bring my full energy, enthusiasm, and patience to each session. I really like to bring out each persons personality in their photos.  Photo sessions should be fun not a chore!

I am based out of Mankato, MN and available out of state, internationally and destination weddings and events.
